Father Mirosław Frankowski was born in 1972 in Brzesko Okocim, between Tarnów and Kraków. He came to the US with his parents when he was 14. The Frankowski family settled in Connecticut and later moved to Arizona.

After graduating from The Society of Christ Fathers for Poles Living Abroad at the Church of St. Florian, Father Frankowski took his vows. His first parish was Sterling Heights, Michigan and later Toledo, Ohio. Since 2007, Father Mirosław has been living and working in Hamtramck, Michigan.

The interview was conducted by Anna Muller on 20 August 2015 in Hamtramck, Michigan.
