- indication of a convenient form of providing the information if the request concerns providing inaccessible information in an alternative form.

Complaints and appeals
If a public entity refuses to fulfil a request to ensure accessibility or to provide an alternative method of access to information, the person submitting the request may file a complaint regarding the digital accessibility of the website, mobile application, or an element of the website or mobile application.
After exhausting the procedure indicated above, an application may also be submitted to the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman).
